Milan striker Andriy Shevchenko has confirmed that he wants to stay at the club next season and has also thanked the fans for their support.
The forwrad returned to San Siro on-loan from Chelsea last summer, but he is yet to make a decision on whether to stay on for longer.
Although he has not been a regular starter this season, the striker is enjoying his time at Milan and has hinted he wants to stay on for the long haul.
“I am enjoying a good moment and I am really happy. I want to continue along this road and give my best until the end of the season,” Shevchenko told the club’s official website.
“I hope to stay at Milan for next season, but I still have not made a certain decision on this yet.”
