Hamburg coach Huub Stevens will leave the Bundesliga side at the end of this season and become the manager of PSV Eindhoven, the Dutch league club have confirmed.

The Dutch champions also revealed that Sef Vergoossen, who is managing Nagoya Grampus Eight in Japan until the end of the year, will return to Holland when his contract expires to finish the season at PSV.

Jan Wouters, who took over from Ronald Koeman on a temporary basis after Koeman joined Valencia in October, will stay in charge until Vergoossen’s arrival.

Stevens, who once played for PSV, is to sign a two-year deal with the club.
