French First division side Strasbourg will have new owners next season after a consortium bought out current owners IMG-McCormack.

IMG bought Strasbourg in 1997 for just €760,000 and promised to invest €23 million into the club. owever, despite winning the French Cup in 2001 the club never really established themselves as a big club.

Current coach Ivan Hosek has already said he would stand down at the end of the season, whoever was in charge of the club.

The new consortium is led by 41 year old businessman Patrich Adler and includes current General Manager Marc Keller, who as well as being a former player for the club, also played for West Ham in the Premiership.
