Tottenham are reported to be close to signing Anderlecht winger Christian Wilhelmsson.
The 25-year-old admits he is excited by the prospect of a move to London.y.
“Tottenham suits me perfectly,” he told Expressen.
“I feel ready for the big move.
“I have got international experience with the national team, in the European Championship and the Champions League.
“It is a big thing to join Tottenham, it is a superb club in a terrific city – London.
“Actually, it’s better to come to a club in the summer and take part in the pre-season.
“But when a club like Tottenham is in the picture, you have got to take the chance and not wait.”
