Juventus’ striker David Trezeguet has undergone an operation on his left shoulder.
The French international has dislocated the shoulder on three occasions.
Trezeguet, 27, aggravated the problem in a Serie A game against Udinese earlier this month.
The Italian champions confirmed Tuesday that their 27-year-old French marksman will be out of action for three months.
