David Trezeguet has revealed that Juventus’ principal target this season is to win the Champions League.
Although Juve are riding hish in Serie A, the French striker has confirmed their priority this season is success in the Champions League.
”I think everyone else in Europe is like us,” Trezeguet told Corriere dello Sport.
”But I add one thing, this year each match will be a clash to achieve the best.
”But the competition in which we will play with most anger is the Champions League. It cannot escape us.”
Trezeguet also confirmed that he is underno pressure to sign a new deal with the club .
”I renewed my deal during the European Championship,” he continued.
”For the moment, no-one at the club has spoken to me but it isn’t a problem.
”I’m here and I feel good here. I have another two years left. We will see. I’m living with big intensity this year.
”It’s important after what happened last year, the injuries and the difficulties. I’m living it as a year of revenge.”
