Valencia coach Ronald Koeman has admitted he is interested in signing Liverpool full-back John Arne Riise.
Koeman is looking to strengthen his squad in the New Year following Valencia’s exit from the Champions League.
“He is a player with experience and would offer some options for our game,” said Koeman in the Daily Mirror.
Riise has made over 300 appearances during six years at Anfield.
Reports claim Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez will look to reject any January bids for the Norwegian international.
