Veron keen to stay at Inter

Juan Sebastian Veron has declared his desire stay at Internazionale next season.

The Argentinian midfielder joined the club in the summer, on loan from Chelsea, and is keen to remain at Giuseppe Meazza.

“I’d really like to stay,” stated Veron.

“But the decision will be taken by Massimo Moratti. I came here to win, it isn’t easy, but we will try.

“I want to play well this season, and then we will see what Inter Milan will do. Whether they decide to bet on a younger player or believe in me again.”

Currently out injured, the Argentinian admitted he is not yet ready to return to action.

“Now I feel better, but I will only return when I am 100 percent ready.”
