Faruk Sejdani, the coach of Albanian champions Dinamo Tirana has stepped aside after their poor start to the season.
Sejdani, who guided Dinamo to the League title last season, will now become the club’s technical director.
His decision follows a disappointing 0-0 draw against KF Partizani at the weekend.
Dinamo lie in seventh place in the 12-team league, 10 points behind leaders and local rivals SK Tirana.
Former Romanian international Aurel Ticleanu is the favourite to replace Sejdani.
