Bayer Leverkusen executive Reiner Calmund has revealed that Bayern Munich have made an offer for Brazilian defender Lucio.
Calmund admitted that he has received “two or three” offers for theBrqazilian World Cup winner “including one from Bayern Munich.”
“We know what we want for him and everything else will be decided next week,” Calmund added.
Bayern are reportedly looking to offer former Leverkusen stopper Robert Kovac in part exchange for Lucio.
“Kovac was always a model professional here. He is a decent character and a good footballer, but we simply can’t afford his wage demands,” he said.
