Cameroon have seen their six-point deduction for wearing a one-piece kit at the African Nations Cup in January overturned by FIFA.
Cameroon made the appeal to FIFA at the centennial celebrations of the sport’s governing body.
FIFA president Sepp Blatter passed the matter to the 205 delegates who unanimously voted to drop the sanction.
“This is special because it is the 100th anniversary and we have something to celebrate” Blatter said.
“But the 200,000 Swiss franc ($157,000) fine remains.”
