Deportivo Coruna coach Javier Irureta expects believes Pavel Nedved will provide the main threat to his side’s Champions League hopes when they face Juventus on Tuesday.

Deportivo lead 1-0 after the first leg but Irureta expects Czech midfielder Nedved to inspire the Italian champions.

“He’s an extremely mobile player, with great strength,” Irureta said of the European Player of the Year.

“He comes at you from the left, through the middle and down the right. We’re going to have to be very careful because he has the ability to decide the tie.

“It’s going to be important for us to make the score-sheet,” Irureta added.

“We’re going in with a 1-0 lead and they’re going to have to attack so it will be important for us to take our chances.”
