Chelsea striker Damien Duff is unlikely to play again this season after dislocating his shoulder in training.
The injury is a repeat of the one he suffered in December, whch ruled him out for three and a half weeks.
A similar delay means he is almost certain to miss the second leg of the Champions League semi-final aginat Monaco on Wednesday.
Duff had only just returned to training after missing three games with a virus.
As well as the Champions League tie, Duff is likely to miss Chelsea’s final three Premiership games of the season against Southampton, Manchester United and Leeds.
