UEFA have ordered six leading clubs to play fines following crowd disturbances during recent Champions League and UEFA Cup fixtures.

Italian club Lazio were landed with a €30,000 fine after missiles and fireworks were thrown on to the pitch during their UEFA Cup semi-final match against Porto on April 24.

Roma were made to pay €25,000 following similar incidents during their Champions League clash with Ajax on March 19. The Dutch side themselves were fined €20,000 for incidents in their 1-1 Champions League draw with Valencia on March 11. Milan were given the same punishment following pitch invasions during their dramatic Champions League quarter-final win over Ajax in the San Siro.

Spanish side Barcelona and Greek club Panathinaikos both received €20,000 euros for missiles being thrown on to the pitch during Champions League and UEFA Cup ties last month.
