Columbus Crew striker Brian McBride has agreed to join Fulham after rejecting the chanceof a move to fellow Premiership club Blackburn.
McBride, the Columbus Crew’s all-time leading scorer,, has agreed a $2m dea.
McBride spent a period on loan with Everton a year ago and also played for Preston North End of the English First Division in 2000 and 2001.
The US sttriker played in 137 MLS games during his first seven seasons, scoring 50 goals.
