Thomas Gravesen has insisted that he be staying with Real Madrid despite reports claiming he will quit the club in January.
Speculation has been mounting that the Dane could be set for a move away from the Bernabeu, after he appeared surplus to their requirements.
However, the 29-year-old has decided to stay and fight for his place.
“I am prepared to fight for my place in the 11,” he announced.
Gravesen had been linked with a return to England with Manchester United and former club Everton reported to be interested in his services.
