Vahid Halilhodzic is to replace Luis Fernandez as coach ofParis St Germain at the end of the season, the club has confirmed.
The Bosnian coach revealed that he would be leaving Rennes, fuellling speculation that he had agreed to become the new coach at PSG.
PSG president Francis Graille said: ‘Vahid Halilhodzic has agreed to coach PSG on a four-year contract. We talked until late last night and we fixed the last details this morning.’
Graille, who is due to replace departing president Laurent Perpere on Wendesday, was a former chairman of Lille, where Halilhodzic first made a name for himself.
