PSV Eindhoven boss Guus Hiddink has revealed that the club are interested in buying back Mateja Kezman, just 12 months after selling him to Chelsea.

Kezman has failed to make much of an impact in England scoring just four goals in 25 Premier League matches. In an interview with Voetbal International, the striker revealed his frustration with life at Stamford Bridge.

“I cannnot cope with this for much longer,” he said. “I am now at the peak of my career.

“At this moment there are 10 clubs interested in me. In my head I am keeping my options open but I don’t know where my future lies.”

Hiddink has refused to rule out a move for the player.

“I am not saying that it is not an option to approach Mateja,” Hiddink told AD Sportwereld.

“I think it is a matter that needs discussing quietly with all parties.

“Of course we know Mateja well. He has an incredible amount of energy and currently he cannot lose that at Chelsea.”
