Juventus midfielder Pavel Nedved has announced that he will stay with the club for the rest of his career.

The Czech international has been linked with a £20 million summer move to Manchester United, but Nedved, claims he has no intention of leaving the Turin club.

“I could not have made abetter choice than joining Juve,” he was quoted as saying in Tuttosport.

“I will play until I am 33-years-old, until 2006. Juventus will be my last team.”

Nedved has been instrumental in Juve’s push for the Serie A and Champions Leaguedouble. Marcello Lippi’s team are six points clear of Milan in the race for the Scudetto and face Real Madrid in the last four of the Champions League.
