A French industrial tribunal has ordered awarded Paris Saint Germain to pay their former coach Vahid Halilhodzic €3.5m in compensation for his dismissal in February because of poor results.
Halilhodzic, who is now in charge at Turkish club Trabzonspor, had claimed €9m for unfair dismissal.
An official at the Saint-Germain-en-Laye Prud’hommes court ruled the club should pay its former trainer €2.6m for breach of contract and a further €850,000 in damages.
