Andrii Shevchenko has ruled out a move to Chelsea, claiming he is happy to finish his career with Milan.
The Ukraine international has emerged as one of Roman Abramovich’s top transfer targets and with the player being on friendly terms with the Chelsea owner there was growing speculation that he might be prepared to move to Stamford Bridge.
Shevchenko however has dismissed the reports linking him with a move away from Milan.
“I am annoyed,” he told L’Equipe when quizzed of the speculation.
“I have three years remaining on my contract.
“Today, I only think about Milan and ending the season in the best way possible.
“I repeat it: I am fine at Milan.
“I’ve already said I want to end my career here, even if you can’t plan for it in football.”
