According to reports in Italy, Torino are on the verge of sacking coach Renzo Ulivieri after a dreadful run of form brought the club to the brink of relegation.

“We will assess all of our options before making any changes,” said president Atilio Romero.

“At the moment we just can’t seem to collect any points and that needs to change. We need to try tohonour this championship and try to build a new winning team as soon as we can.”

Speculation is rife that youth team coaches Renato Zaccarelli and Giacomo Ferri will take over from Ulivieri.
