Nice defender Noe Pamarot is set to join Tottenham Hotspur, the French club have confirmed.
A Nice spokesman revealed that the deal was finalised after the Premier League club agreed to increase their offer from 1.5m euros to 2.5m euros.
Pamarot joined French Ligue 1 side Nice in 1999, but had been asking for a move since the end of last season.
The 25-year-old refused to train with the French club last Thursday.
