Former Romanian legend Gheorghe Hagi has been named the new coach of Turkish club Galatasaray in place of Fatih Terim, media said.
Terim left his post following the club’s elimination from the UEFA Cup earlier this month.
Hagi, who ended an illustrious playing career with the Turkish club, agreed to take the post immediately.
