Mario Balotelli’s agent claims the transfer to Manchester City will be completed but admitted that talks are at a “delicate” phase.
Although there have been reports of a disupute over wages, Balotelli’s agent, Mino Raiola, is confident a deal can be done.
“As long as there’s hope, there’s life,” Raiola told Sky Italia. “He’s calm but anxious to come to an agreement – that’s normal for a lad of 19. We’re working and we’re hoping.
“We are in a delicate phase of the deal, but I am continuing with my work. It could take a long time, but in the end it will be done.”
It is claimed a €30 million deal – rising to €35 million with bonuses – has been agreed between the clubs.
