Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi is confident the club’s appeal over their points deduction will be successful.
On Friday, the Olympic Committee is expected to announce its verdict on the appeals of Milan, Juventus, Lazio and Fiorentina.
All four are looking for either a reduction of the original punishment issued for match-fixing.
“I hope justice will be done,” said Berlusconi. “That is to say that the penalty should be completely deleted.
“Milan did nothing, with the exception of expressing justifiable comments regarding the role of several linesmen.”
