Gonzalo Higuain broke his World Cup duck in emphatic style as he helped himself to a hat-trick in Argentina’s impressive 4-1 win over South Korea.

Park Chu-young’s own goal gave Diego Maradona’s side the lead before Higuain doubled the advantage just after the half hour mark. Lee Chung-yong’s goal offered the Koreans hope of a second-half comeback, but Higuain completed a hat-trick to all but secure Argentina’s place in the knockout stages.
