Inter defender Marco Materazzi has been given a two-month ban following a tunnel clash with Siena’s Bruno Cirillo after Sunday’s Serie A game.

Italy international Materazzi was accused by Cirillo of hitting him in the face after the game, which Inter won 4-0.

The Italian Football League’s disciplinary commission have suspended the defender until March 29.
