Spain coach Inaki Saez has recalled in-form strikers Fernando Morientes and Salva Ballesta for his side’s friendly international against Denmark in Gijon on March 31.

Former Real Madrid centre-forward Morientes, who is playing on loan at Monaco this season, last played for Spain in the 0-0 draw against Northern Ireland in a Euro 2004 qualifier in June 2003. Salva meanwhile, has scored 17 goals for Malaga this season and earns his first call up for three years.

Saez has also recalled the versatile Barcelona player Gabri as well as Real Madrid midfielder Guti.
